Daniel Fitzgerald is a graduate of the Erasmus Mundus Mastersprogram “Master of Food Identity”, focusing on the formation, marketing, and distribution of local and traditional “terroir” food products. His research interests include sustainable food systems, the development of alternative supply-chains, and the creation of value-added products. He completed his Master Thesis for the AquaVitae project under the direction of Dr. Åsa Strand.
